我厂生产的BJO_2-51-6(5.5KW)机座,是一个关键铸件,废品率较高(在11~28%之间波动),严重地影响了生产计划的完成。经过改进工艺后,废品率大大下降。一、5.5KW电机座的特点和要求: 1.铸件外形尺寸316×324mm,壁厚不均匀,最厚24mm,最薄3mm。材质HT25-47。 2.形状较复杂,技术要求高。要经8kg/cm~2的水压试验,保压1分钟。机加工表面,特别是防爆面,不允许有肉眼可见的孔洞缺陷。非加工表面要求光滑无砂眼、气孔等缺陷。二、改进前的铸造工艺(见图1)
The BJO_2-51-6 (5.5KW) frame produced by our factory is a key casting with a high reject rate (fluctuating between 11% and 28%), which seriously affected the completion of the production plan.
