研究潜底田和石灰性潜育田的酶活性及其养分含量的关系,结果表明:潜底田和石灰性潜育田的有机质及全氮含量虽然很高,但土壤有效养分及土壤蛋白酶、脲酶、转化酶的活性显著低于非潜育性水稻土的石灰性泥肉田,改良与培肥该土壤的关键是提高土壤酶活性,促进土壤物质及能量的转化,提高该土壤的有效肥力.经统计分析,3种土壤酶的活性与土壤养分含量均呈显著或极显著相关,因此,土壤酶活性可作为评价该土壤肥力的指标
The results showed that although the organic matter and total nitrogen contents of subground and calcareous potential fields were high, the available nutrients of soil and soil protease, The activities of urease and invertase were significantly lower than those of non-potting clay soil. The key to improve and fertilize the soil was to increase soil enzyme activity, promote soil material and energy conversion, and increase soil fertility . Through statistical analysis, the activity of three kinds of soil enzymes was significantly or extremely significantly correlated with the soil nutrient content.
