目的研究以自产Deet(N,N-二乙基间甲基甲酰胺)为有效成分配制的驱蚊花露水对本地区常见吸血蚊虫的驱避作用。方法将自产和进口Deet分别配成2%、5%和10%的花露水剂型,分别喷涂于实验动物的腹部皮肤及志愿者裸手,连续观察各浓度驱蚊花露水在6h内对蚊虫的驱避效果。结果自产Det配制的2%驱蚊花露水保护时间为2h。5%和10%的驱蚊花露水在6h内的有效保护率为100%。结论自产和进口Deet对蚊虫的驱避作用无显著性差异。5%的驱蚊花露水为有效驱蚊的最佳选择。
Objective To study the repellent effects of repellent dew water formulated with self-produced Deet (N, N-diethyl-methyl-formamide) on common blood-sucking mosquitoes in the area. Methods Dew were self-made and imported into 2%, 5% and 10% of the toilet gel formulations were sprayed on the abdominal skin of experimental animals and volunteers bare hands continuous observation of the concentration of repellent toilet water repellent to mosquitoes within 6h To avoid the effect. Results Det-made 2% repellent toilet water protection time of 2h. The effective protection rate of 5% and 10% repellent toilet water within 6h was 100%. Conclusion There was no significant difference in repellent effects between mosquitoes produced and imported by Deet. 5% mosquito repellent is the best choice for effective mosquito repellent.
