脑钠肽主要由心室合成和分泌,刺激脑钠肽分泌的条件主要是心室负荷及室壁张力的改变。血浆脑钠肽水平有助于诊断严重的心脏疾病。血浆脑钠肽的浓度是反映心室容量和压力负荷的生化指标,随心力衰竭的严重程度而升高,血浆脑钠肽与心功能 NYHA 分级呈正相关,与心输出量和射血分数呈负相关。血浆脑钠肽可用于心力衰竭的诊断、预后和治疗效果的评估。
Brain natriuretic peptide is mainly synthesized and secreted by the ventricles, and the conditions that stimulate the secretion of brain natriuretic peptide are mainly the change of ventricular load and wall tension. Plasma BNP levels help diagnose serious heart disease. The concentration of plasma brain natriuretic peptide is a biochemical indicator of ventricular volume and pressure load, which increases with the severity of heart failure. Plasma brain natriuretic peptide is positively correlated with NYHA class and negatively correlated with cardiac output and ejection fraction . Plasma brain natriuretic peptide can be used for the assessment of heart failure diagnosis, prognosis and treatment effect.
