沪通长江大桥南岸3×112 m简支钢桁梁桥横跨长江南岸大堤,北接主航道桥,南接南引桥。本文针对钢桁梁安装方法进行研究,根据工程特点及总体施工组织安排,着重对钢桁梁单悬臂、双悬臂2种安装方法进行分析比选,最终确定采用双悬臂对称安装方案。2种悬臂安装方案均需要各跨简支钢桁梁间利用临时杆件连接,以先连续后简支的方式完成多跨简支钢桁梁的架设施工。
The 3 × 112 m simply supported steel truss girder bridge on the south bank of the Shanghai-Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge runs across the embankment on the south bank of the Yangtze River, connects the main channel bridge to the north and connects the south bridge to the south. In this paper, the installation method of steel truss girder is studied. According to the engineering characteristics and the overall construction organization and arrangement, the two kinds of installation methods of steel truss girder single cantilever and double cantilever are analyzed and compared, and the symmetrical installation scheme of double cantilever is finally determined. Both kinds of cantilever installation schemes require the use of temporary bar connections between the cross-supported steel truss girders to complete the erection of a multi-span simply supported steel truss girder by means of continuous first and simple support.
