【目的/意义】本文整合新兴的社交网络现象与组织知识创造理论,以可供性研究方法论述二者之间的关系,并提出社交网络情境下知识创造过程模型。【方法/过程】归纳了社会网络与知识创造的特点,并以可供性视角探讨社会网络作为知识创造虚拟Ba,分析二者之间关系以构建过程模型。【结果/结论】社交网络及其可供性对于组织如何管理与创造知识具有战略影响。将社交网络作为知识创造的虚拟Ba,能够加强学者对现代信息网络技术支持知识创造的理解,为理论作出贡献,并且对其支持知识创造过程举出相应实例,对于企业制定知识管理战略具有实践意义。
[Purpose / Significance] This article integrates emerging social network phenomena and organizational knowledge creation theory with the availability of research methods to discuss the relationship between the two, and put forward the social network context knowledge creation process model. Methods / Processes Summarized the characteristics of social networks and knowledge creation, and explored social networks as knowledge to create virtual Ba with a view of availability, and analyzed the relationship between the two to build a process model. [Results / Conclusions] Social networks and their availability have a strategic impact on how an organization manages and creates knowledge. The social network as a virtual Ba created by knowledge can enhance scholars’ understanding of the creation of modern information network technology support knowledge and contribute to the theory, and give examples of its support knowledge creation process, which has practical significance for enterprises to formulate knowledge management strategy .
