本工作将高海拔地区正常人血浆心钠素水平与高原肺水肿病人血浆心钠素水平进行比较,结果表明,高原肺水肿病人血浆心钠素水平明显高于高海拔正常对照组(P<0.001)。说明高原肺水肿患者的心钠素分泌功能并未受到损害。提示心钠素可能通过改善肺动脉高压状态,增加肺表面活性物质等机制减轻肺水肿,而对患者起有利的保护作用。本研究从新的角度初步探讨了高原肺水肿的发病机制。
This study compared the plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema. The results showed that plasma atrial natriuretic peptide levels in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema were significantly higher than those in high altitude normal controls (P <0 .001). That high altitude pulmonary edema in patients with atrial natriuretic peptide secretion function has not been compromised. It is suggested that atrial natriuretic peptide may protect the patients by improving pulmonary hypertension, increasing pulmonary surfactant and other mechanisms to reduce pulmonary edema. This study tentatively explores the pathogenesis of altitude pulmonary edema from a new perspective.
