细节虽小,但在教学过程中的功能和作用,在促进幼儿个性成长中的价值和意义却举足轻重。关注细节,有效进行细节管理,就是关注新课程的理念能否落到实处,就是关注教师的课堂教学行为能否根据新课程的要求重新塑造,就是关注课堂教学的合理化、智慧化、精确化。研究教学细节,学会管理教学细节,应该成为教师实践研究的重要内容。
