随着生物化学的迅速发展,酶组织化学的方法学不断创新与改进。冰冻切片机的普遍推广,组织细胞中酶活性得到保护,能够显示的种类增多。电子显微镜的应用,使酶组织化学在日本血吸虫病研究中的应用也越来越广泛,主要应用于血吸虫与钉螺研究两个方面。用酶组织化学研究血吸虫体内酶存在情况、定位分布,影响酶活性的各种因素,对于揭示酶在血吸虫生命活动中的作用与规律以及对血吸虫病的诊断与治疗均有重要意义。钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主,在我国分布广泛,在钉螺研究中运用的酶组织化学技术,对新灭螺药的研制、钉螺的抗药机制、钉螺分类及血吸虫病流行病学研究都有积极作用。综述

Oncomelania snails is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, which is widely distributed in our country. Enzymatic histochemical techniques used in snail research have made great contribution to the development of new snails, the resistant mechanism of snails, taxonomic classification and schistosomiasis epidemiology positive effects.
