目的研制复方氟罗沙星滴耳液并应用与临床。方法紫外分光光度法测定盐酸复方氟罗沙星含量。结果平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=2.3%(n=5)。结论临床用于治疗急、慢性化脓性中耳炎,总有效率达98.5%。 Objective To develop compound fleroxacin ear drops and its application and clinical application. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the determination of compound fleroxacin hydrochloride. Results The average recovery was 99.98%, RSD = 2.3% (n = 5). Conclusion Clinical treatment of acute and chronic suppurative otitis media, the total effective rate was 98.5%.
