目的了解云南省维西县碧罗雪山周边地带医学革螨群落之间的相似性及移行规律,并对其进行数量分析。方法系统聚类分析。结果在所捕获的1560只小兽中,中华姬鼠、大绒鼠、北社鼠、齐氏姬鼠、大林姬鼠、褐家鼠及黄胸鼠的优势螨种分别为景东厉螨(Dr=41.32)、金氏厉螨(Dr=41.87)、特氏厉螨及土尔克厉螨(Dr=63.51,Dr=24.78)、特氏厉螨、互助真厉螨及金氏厉螨(Dr=18.82,Dr=14.11,Dr=11.76)、互助真厉螨、景东厉螨及橄形血革螨(Dr=25.00,Dr=23.61,Dr=16.67)、柏氏禽刺螨(Dr=71.73)、柏氏禽刺螨(Dr=98.82)。系统聚类显示,齐氏姬鼠、大林姬鼠及中华姬鼠之间的群落相似性大,褐家鼠与黄胸鼠的群落相似性很大。结论小兽在动物分类上的关系越近,其体表革螨群落相似程度越高,小兽宿主的生境分布对其体表寄生革螨群落类型也有一定的影响。
Objective To understand the similarities and transition rules of medical mites communities in the surrounding area of Bi Luoxue Mountain in Weixi County, Yunnan Province, and to conduct quantitative analysis. Method System cluster analysis. Results Among the 1560 small beasts captured, the dominant species of mites of Apodemus aguascteri, Plutella xylostella, Beishek rat, Apodemus agrarius, Apodemus agrarius, Rattus norvegicus, (Dr = 41.32), Reichenry’s mite (Dr = 41.87), Reichert and Reichstricht (Dr = 63.51, Dr = 24.78) (Dr = 25.00, Dr = 23.61, Dr = 16.67), Psittacosis pilosula (Dr = 71.73), Dr = 14.11 and Dr = ), Platts poultry mites (Dr = 98.82). Cluster analysis showed that there was a large similarity in the community between Apodemus agkistrodon, Apodemus agrarius and Apodemus agrarius, and the community similarity was very high among them. Conclusion The closer the animal is, the higher the similarity of body mite community is. The habitat distribution of small mammals also has certain influence on the type of mite community.
