目的研究西北地区东片部队医疗机构物体表面细菌抗消毒剂基因qacEΔ1的阳性率。方法用PCR方法检测物体表面分离的细菌的qacEΔ1基因。结果 167株细菌中有69株细菌检出了抗消毒剂基因,总阳性率为41.3%。蜡样芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、鲍曼不动杆菌中未检出qacEΔ1基因。在阳性菌株中,大肠杆菌的阳性率最高,为60.4%。结论西北地区东片部队医疗机构物体表面细菌抗消毒剂基因qacEΔ1阳性率较高,在消毒中不应广泛使用季铵盐类消毒剂。
Objective To study the positive rate of bacterial anti-disinfectant gene qacEΔ1 on the surface of medical units in the eastern part of Northwest China. Methods The qacEΔ1 gene of bacteria isolated from the surface of the object was detected by PCR. Results Among the 167 strains of bacteria, 69 strains of bacteria detected anti-disinfectant genes with a total positive rate of 41.3%. Bacillus cereus, Candida albicans, Acinetobacter baumannii qacEΔ1 gene was not detected. In positive strains, the highest positive rate of E. coli, 60.4%. Conclusion The qacEΔ1 positive rate of bacterial anti-disinfectant gene on the surface of the eastern military units in the northwestern region is high. Quaternary ammonium disinfectants should not be widely used in disinfection.
