在简述土壤水资源研究现状的基础上,以河北王瞳试验区为例,探讨土壤水资源的评价内容与方法.提出用土壤水资源年补给量、作物生长期土壤水资源可利用量等指标进行土壤水资源量的评价.结果表明:研究区冬小麦生长期土壤水资源可利用量约为330~415mm;夏玉米为460~580mm;棉花为630~680mm.特别干旱的1997年(降水量仅2359mm)降水几乎不对地下水产生补给,不灌溉地区土壤水年补给量近似等于降水量减去作物截留;在裸地地区近似为降水量 On the basis of a brief description of the research status of soil water resources, taking Wangwang pilot area in Hebei Province as an example, the content and method of soil water resources evaluation are discussed. It is proposed that the amount of soil water resources should be evaluated by annual recharge of soil water resources and available soil water resources during crop growth. The results showed that the availability of soil water resources during the winter wheat growing season in the study area was about 330-415 mm, that of summer maize was 460-580 mm, and that of cotton was 630-680 mm. In particular, the precipitation in 1997 (only 2359 mm of precipitation) scarcely replenished groundwater, and the annual recharge of soil water in the non-irrigated area is approximately equal to the amount of precipitation minus the crop retention; in the bare land area, it is approximately the amount of precipitation
