海南福山油田断块小、断层多、地层非均质性强且地层倾角走向变化大,油气层埋藏深,地层压力变化较大,钻遇地层较多,岩性变化大,上部地层疏松,泥岩易造浆,易缩径,起下钻阻卡严重;中上部地层容易形成压差卡钻,砂泥岩交互变化,要求钻头具有良好的适应性;下部地层流二段大量硬脆性泥岩容易剥落,坍塌。井身结构以三开制为主,裸眼段较长,长裸眼施工时易发生压漏地层,井壁坍塌等现象,施工难度大。针对海南地区花场构造的特点,从防斜打直,PDC钻头开放性应用及配套钻井液等技术方面介绍了该区块的优快钻井技术。
