Conflict and disput are regarded as a common social phenomenon and the forms of them are varied, including political conflict, cultural conflict, interpersonal conflict, role conflict and so on. In real life, conflicts always take place due to lots of different reasons. Through the forms of them are different they have two-sides effect on people's lives and work. Therefore the true significance of conflict and what can be done to play its positive role and reduce the negative effect of it become the focus concern of people. Therefore as to the management of enterprise, how to deal with conflicts correctly is the crucial factor in the development of enterprises.
