用初速1300m/S,重0.7g的钢珠致22只狗颔面软组织损伤。观察和测定伤后不同时间伤道组织的病理形态及 ATP 含量的变化。结果证明皮肤及口腔粘膜的挫伤区仅为0.1~0.2cm,肌层的挫伤区为0.5~0.8cm。早期清创损伤组织的代谢功能可逐渐恢复。
With the initial speed of 1300m / S, weight 0.7g of steel ball caused by 22 dogs soft tissue injury. The pathological changes and ATP content of the injured tissue were observed and measured at different times after injury. The results show that the contusion area of the skin and oral mucosa is only 0.1 ~ 0.2cm, myometrial contusion area is 0.5 ~ 0.8cm. Early debridement damaged tissue metabolic function can be gradually restored.
