本文报道231例加强双倍二阶梯运动测验R波振幅增高值(⊿R)测量结果,并探讨其对冠心病的诊断价值。231例中男205例,女26例,平均年龄52岁。按1980年冠心病诊断标准分组,冠心病组189例,正常组42例。运动测验后ST段压低,按1979年冠心病座谈会标准判断结果。⊿R:取运动后即刻与运动前比较,测量R波占优势的V_5、Ⅱ、aVF(或aVL)导联R波振幅的差值mm数(各导联均取3个R波振幅平均值)。
This article reports 231 cases of double-step two-step exercise to enhance R wave amplitude (⊿ R) measurement results and explore its diagnostic value of coronary heart disease. There were 205 males and 26 females in 231 cases, with an average age of 52 years. According to the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in 1980, 189 cases of coronary heart disease group and 42 cases of normal group. ST segment depression after exercise test, according to the 1979 standard judgment of coronary heart disease results. ⊿R: Take the difference between R-wave amplitudes of V_5, ¢ ò, aVF (or aVL) leads and R-waves immediately before exercise, and take the average of three R-wave amplitudes ).
