行政执法类公务员作为基层执法人员,直接服务于人民群众,在人们的生活中扮演着一个重要的角色。然而,与其他类别的公务员相比,行政执法人员所获取的报酬、晋升机会相对较少,极大地阻碍了行政执法公务员的工作积极性和工作热情。本文从我国行政执法类公务员的激励现状入手,探讨了目前行政执法类公务员在激励制度方面存在的问题,进而提出改进行政执法类公务员激励制度的措施,以期提升行政执法类公务员队伍的整体素质,促进政府行政效率的提高。
