提出了一种新型柱脚形式——轴心受力外露式钢与混凝土组合柱脚,该柱脚通过在柱脚底板、钢柱底端和靴梁上焊接栓钉后再浇筑混凝土,从而实现柱脚底板、靴梁等钢部件与混凝土共同工作。提出了组合柱脚设计计算方法,给出了不同界面栓钉数目确定的方法及底板厚度设计公式,建议设计时栓钉按照组合结构构造要求进行布置。结合算例,分别设计了外露式纯钢柱脚和钢与混凝土组合柱脚,对两种柱脚用钢量进行对比分析,分析结果表明组合柱脚较纯钢柱脚用钢量可减小55%,同时该组合柱脚耐腐蚀性较好,可供大型钢结构柱脚设计时参考选用。
A new type of column foot, exposed axial steel and concrete composite column foot, is proposed, which is realized by welding studs on the bottom of column foot, the bottom of steel column and the boot beam, and then pouring concrete Column feet, boots, beams and other steel parts and concrete work together. The calculation method of combined column foot is proposed. The method of determining the number of studs at different interfaces and the design formula of floor thickness are given. It is suggested that the studs should be arranged according to the requirements of the combined structure. Combined with the examples, the exposed pure steel column foot and the steel and concrete composite column foot were designed respectively, and the comparative analysis of the two kinds of column steel was carried out. The results show that the combined column foot can reduce the amount of steel used for the pure steel column foot 55%, at the same time, the combination of column corrosion resistance is better, for large steel column design reference selection.
