通过对1994年长庆油田几条主要输油干线遭受特大洪水袭击的灾情调查，分析管道受损严重的原因，提出今后搞好陕、甘、宁各油区输油管道跨（穿）越工程的建议和设想。
By investigating the disaster of some major oil transportation trunk lines in Changqing Oilfield in 1994 and analyzing the serious damage of the pipeline, it is put forward that improving the cross-over (wear) of oil pipeline in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia oil provinces in the future Suggestions and ideas.
