目的本文通过对64例脑血管造影分析,探讨一些旋转DSA技术参数在诊断脑血管病变中的技术应用。方法总结在使用荷兰PHLIPSINTEGRISALLURA数字减影血管造影机的过程中,通过对一些技术参数调节,配合临床进行脑血管病变的诊断。结果通过对一些技术参数调节,使血管影像质量提高,所有患者的病变能清晰显示。满足临床诊断的需要,减少患者的X线辐射。结论旋转DSA技术参数的调整对诊断脑血管病变起着至关重要的作用。
Objective This article through the analysis of 64 cases of cerebral angiography, to explore some technical parameters of rotational DSA in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease in the application of technology. Methods Summary In the process of using the Netherlands PHLIPSINTEGRISALLURA digital subtraction angiography machine, through the adjustment of some technical parameters, with the clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. Results By adjusting some technical parameters, the image quality of the blood vessel is improved, and the lesions of all the patients can be clearly displayed. Meet the needs of clinical diagnosis, reduce the patient’s X-ray radiation. Conclusion Adjustment of rotating DSA parameters plays an important role in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease.
