江西全省解放已将近一年,在紧张的支前、剿匪、反霸、秋征、减退租、生产等群众运动中,农民群众发挥了巨大的力量和作用。在各种工作过程中,各地已普遍的召开了区乡农代会议,及县的各界人民代表会议,或县农代会议。在运动过程中教育了广大农民,并初步的提高了农民的政治觉悟与阶级觉悟,绝大部分地区已成立了县、区、乡(村)农民栛会或农协委会,这是各种工作顺利开展的有利条件。但我们应指出:农民群众的组织性和觉悟性还赶不上工作与客观形势的要求,许多农协干部的阶级成份与政治面目还很不纯,许多地方的农协组织还存在着相当严重的形 Nearly one year has passed since the liberation of Jiangxi Province.
