改革开放30多年来,随着市场经济的发展、企业改革的不断深入,我们已步入一个崭新的知识经济时代。企业的管理体制,运行模式,用人体制等都发生了一系列的变革。人民的生活方式和思想观念也不断的在改变,企业政工队伍的转型势在必行。本文从几个方面阐述了国有企业政工队伍转型的必要性,以及转型的一些主要途径,对国有企业政工队伍的转型做了初步的探索。
Over the past 30 years since the reform and opening up, with the development of the market economy and the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, we have entered a brand-new era of knowledge economy. A series of changes have taken place in the management system, operation mode and employing system of the enterprise. People's lifestyles and ideological concepts are constantly changing, and the transformation of the corporate political workforce is imperative. This article elaborates the necessity of the transformation of the political workforce in state-owned enterprises from several aspects and some main approaches to the transformation. It also makes a preliminary exploration of the transformation of the political workforce in the state-owned enterprises.
