近年来城市中的工程建设对周围建筑物的影响越发突出,以一个相邻基坑的建筑物为背景,从三方面分析了已有建筑物基础产生位移的影响因素,并和现场实测数据做了对比。首先采用理论公式分析了桩基挤土效应对房屋基础位移的影响,其次采用有限元Plaxis模拟了基坑开挖对房屋基础不均匀沉降影响程度,最后分析了相邻建筑物相互影响所导致的基础不均匀沉降情况。分析结果表明,建筑物基础因土体固结所产生的不均匀沉降十分显著,而相邻工程施工对其影响较小。对于类似的工程问题,需要全面研究各种因素对已有建筑物的影响,不能简单地将存在的建筑物问题归结为相邻工程的施工导致。希望对以后类似工程予以一定借鉴。
In recent years, the engineering construction in cities has become more and more prominent on the surrounding buildings.
