在pH5.3的BR缓冲体系中,灿烂甲酚蓝与七叶皂苷钠作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生改变.其最大显色波长位于568nm处,在该波长处,七叶皂苷钠的浓度与溶液的显色强度呈良好的线性关系.该方法在七叶皂苷钠的浓度0.19~30.0mg·L-1范围内遵守比尔定律,相关系数r=0.9995,摩尔吸光系数为1.9×104L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为56.5μg·L-1.该方法灵敏度高,检测限低,用于片剂中七叶皂苷钠的测定,结果满意.
