In April 1999, the National Copyright Administration promulgated the Regulations on Remuneration for the Printing of Text Works, which stipulated that there are three payment methods for the remuneration of the printed works of writing: remuneration, royalties and one-time remuneration. One-time payment is mainly applied to newspapers and magazines, book publishing is not commonly used, so omitted to mention.
