啥算好戏?官方说“三性”统一,通俗说“领导认可,专家叫好,观众叫座”。此说理论上没错,实践上绝非易事。于是乎,剧团在选排立戏剧目时,则奔了两头,或能获奖,或有市场。在当下开拓戏剧演出市场举步维艰之时,许多院(团)便把求获奖当成了戏剧生产的首要指向,乃至是生存之道。这也难怪,抓排获奖剧目,领导重视,投入资金充足,还能提振人员士气,何乐不为?此风日渐,出现“高投入、低产出、大制作、难演出、重获奖、轻市场”的戏剧现象,也就不足为奇了。当然,话分两头说,戏剧求获奖也并非坏事,戏剧评奖自有刺激剧目创作生产、推动艺术繁荣之功效,但前提是获奖剧目要有人看,能让人看,这个胎必须坐正。细数今日之获奖剧目,编导、作曲、舞美甚或主演均属高薪聘请之外来名家,博奖之时联手合作,获奖之后各奔东西,此情此景在我国各类戏剧评奖中已非个例。试想,此类剧目获奖风光过后,还能在演出市场中面对观众持续风光么?疑问绕心,愿不是杞人自扰吧。
