为了研究缓粘结预应力混凝土构件的受力性能和使用性能,采用2种不同的方式制作了缓粘结预应力筋,即采用增强纤维塑料布缠绕的方式和PVC塑料管灌浆的方式,并对3根缓粘结部分预应力混凝土T梁进行了试验研究和理论分析,得到了试验梁在荷载作用下的裂缝发展和分布规律,以及荷载与最大裂缝宽度之间的关系。在试验研究的基础上,结合裂缝宽度的影响因素、试验梁的特性和国家现行标准规范,建立了缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁最大裂缝宽度的计算公式,且计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to study the mechanical properties and serviceability of slow-bonding prestressed concrete members, two types of slow-gluing prestressing tendons were manufactured by using the way of reinforcing fiber plastic cloth winding and the filling of PVC plastic pipe The experimental research and theoretical analysis of three slow-bond partially prestressed concrete T-beams are carried out. The development and distribution of cracks in the test beam under load and the relationship between the load and the maximum crack width are obtained. Based on the experimental study and the influence factors of the crack width, the characteristics of the test beam and the current national standards, a formula for calculating the maximum crack width of the slow-bond partially prestressed concrete beam is established, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results .
