利用计算机软件3D-deform对铸造铜合金(ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2)在凝固过程中纳米铅颗粒的推移进行研究分析,利用真空感应炉熔炼,离心铸造出不同铅质量分数的ZCuZn38Mn2Pbx合金试样,结合程序得出微观组织和变化规律:凝固过程中纳米铅颗粒是随着合金中铅含量的增加而增大,纳米铅颗粒被固液界面的推移距离随着铅含量的增加而减小。随后又用小角X射线散射技术,得到的结论与实验结果相符,从而对提高材料的组织均匀性提供了理论基础,对增强材料的强度和韧性提供了研究方法。
