英语阶段性测验方式初探

阶段性测验是学科教学中的重要环节,是检验阶段性教学效果的重要手段。阶段性测验一般多采用笔试,在英语教学当中多数也是如此。但这种考核方式对英语这个特殊学科(综合性工具课)来说具有一定的局限性,应该加以改革。英语作为一门语言课,应通过听、说、读、写这四个环节来学习,才能够收到预期效果。为更好地把握学生们的领悟能力、理解程度、对课程的掌握水平,教师可有意安排独立的英语口语、听力考试和英语交流来填补笔试考试的不足。 Stage test is an important part of the subject teaching, is an important means to test the effect of teaching stage. Stage tests generally use written tests, most of them in English teaching as well. However, this method of assessment has some limitations for this particular discipline of English (comprehensive tool class) and should be reformed. As a language course, English should learn by listening, speaking, reading and writing in order to receive the expected result. In order to better grasp the students’ comprehension ability, comprehension level and mastery of the curriculum, teachers may intentionally arrange independent oral English tests, listening tests and English communication to fill the shortcomings of written test.
