灰铁轴承盖生产过程中铸造缺陷突出,一度废品率高达30%,主要为砂眼和气孔废品。通过在内浇道根部增加R2圆角,减少内浇道处的冲砂;在模样根部增加R2圆角,解决起模带砂及砂型松软问题;在模样周边贴0.5 mm防压边,解决挤砂问题;在模样上增加出气销,防止气孔缺陷。采用这些工艺措施后,轴承盖的砂眼和气孔废品得到有效控制,废品率由30%降低到3%左右。
