实施天然林保护工程是一项功在当代、利在千秋的大事，是我国政府对地球环境保护的重要贡献，也是对全世界生态经济可持续发展的重要贡献。对于我国１３５个国有森工企业来说，则是以牺牲经济利益为代价的。本文对实施这一工程的意义及将遇到的问题，进行了探讨。
The implementation of natural forest protection project is a great event that benefits both the contemporary and the future. It is an important contribution of our government to the protection of the Earth’s environment and an important contribution to the sustainable development of ecological economy in the world. For China’s 135 state-owned forestry and industrial enterprises, it is at the expense of economic interests. This article discusses the significance of the implementation of this project and the problems that will be encountered.
