铝合金叶轮铸件厚薄不均、结构复杂,在铸件内部易于产生微观缩松。结合实际生产条件,对铝合金叶轮铸件原工艺进行了充型凝固过程模拟,通过对流动形态、凝固顺序及缩松、缩孔缺陷的分析,并与实际铸件进行对比,得到了原工艺缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上,利用华铸CAE软件对铝合金叶轮铸件进行了工艺优化分析,获得了较优的工艺方案,并进行了实际浇注验证。结果表明,优化工艺后,有效减少直至消除了铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷。
Aluminum alloy wheel castings uneven thickness, complex structure, easy to produce in the casting microcosmic internal. According to the actual production conditions, the process of filling and solidification of the aluminum alloy impeller casting was simulated. Through the analysis of flow pattern, solidification sequence and shrinkage and shrinkage defects, compared with the actual castings, the original process defects were obtained s reason. On this basis, the process optimization analysis of aluminum alloy impeller castings was carried out by using Huaxia CAE software, and a better process scheme was obtained, and the actual casting test was carried out.
