目的:研究脑忆源片的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法考察影响制备工艺的辅料因素,以多指标综合评分法进行直观分析及方差分析,筛选出符合片剂成型质量要求的处方。结果:添加原药粉比例的8%微晶纤维素和3%硬脂酸镁时所得的样品各项指标符合药典标准,且添加辅料较少,经济成本较低。结论:优选得到的脑忆源片生产工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。
Objective: To study the best preparation process of brain memory film. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal test method was used to investigate the excipient factors that affect the preparation process. The multi-index comprehensive score method was used for visual analysis and analysis of variance to screen prescriptions that meet the requirements of tablet forming quality. Results: The indexes of the samples obtained with the addition of 8% microcrystalline cellulose and 3% magnesium stearate were in compliance with Pharmacopoeia standards with fewer auxiliary materials and lower economic cost. Conclusion: The optimized production process of brain-memory film is stable and feasible and can be applied to industrialized production.
