通过对黑木耳秋季栽培的实验证实,黑木耳不但能够进行春栽,而且秋栽也完全可行。由于秋天温度的变化规律是由高向低逐渐变化,适应了黑木耳展片期耐低温、怕高温的生物特性。所以秋栽黑木耳色黑、肉厚,食感好,质量特优,出口合格率高。
