目的:探讨中药糖肾安对糖尿病大鼠氧化应激反应的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射STZ制备糖尿病动物模型,随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组(糖肾安治疗)、中西药组(糖肾安与厄贝沙坦治疗)。8周后,测定大鼠24h尿蛋白排泄率,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与模型组比较,糖肾安组、糖肾安与厄贝沙坦联合组24h尿蛋白排泄率降低,MDA含量明显下降,SOD、GSH-PX活性显著上升。结论:糖肾安可降低糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白排泄率,抗氧化应激可能是糖肾安保护肾脏,延缓糖尿病肾病进程的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tang Shen An on the oxidative stress in diabetic rats. METHODS: Diabetic animal models were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. They were randomly divided into control group, model group, Chinese medicine group (Xian Shen An), and Chinese and Western medicine group (Dan Shen An and Irbesartan treatment). After 8 weeks, the 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured. Results:Compared with the model group, the 24-hour urinary protein excretion rate and the MDA content in the combination group of Tangshenan, Tangshenan and Irbesartan decreased, and the activities of SOD and GSH-PX increased significantly. Conclusion: Tangshenan can reduce the excretion rate of urinary protein in diabetic rats. Anti-oxidative stress may be one of the mechanisms of protecting kidney and delaying the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
