耐热钢是热处理电阻炉的三大部件之一,各种热处理电阻炉的炉底板、导轨、输送带、滚轮、料盘、料框、炉栅、炉罐、风叶、风板等均需采用各种不同成份的耐热钢制成。50年代,这种炉子的耐热构件都是采用Cr18Ni25Si2钢制造,但由于我国镍少,要靠进口。因此在60年代初,被我厂自己铸造的,铬锰氮耐热钢所代替。而这种耐热钢成形比较困难,钢厂一直无板材供应,所以电阻炉的耐热构件以往均为铸态结构,其缺点是,笨重、蓄热大、耗电高。近年来,我厂采用低镍耐热钢板(3Cr24Ni7SiNRe)焊接件,作井式气体渗碳电阻炉耐热构件,节电效果明显(电阻炉结构详见本期插页)。
