按劳分配是社会主义重要经济规律,按劳分配能否真正实现,直接影响劳动者的积极性。所谓按劳分配的实现就是指等量劳动必须获得等量报酬。然而长期以来,我国在按劳分配方面始终存在较多的问题,集中起来就是分配不公,等量劳动不能得到等量报酬,报酬与劳动量不成正比。分配不公,在计划经济体制主要表现是平均主义,而在今天则更多的表现为劳动者收入差距的不合理,我们现在难以真正实现按劳分配,受到多方因素的影响和制约。
Distribution according to work is an important economic law of socialism and whether distribution according to work can be truly achieved has a direct impact on the enthusiasm of workers. The so-called realization of distribution according to work means that an equal amount of labor must be paid equal amounts of money. However, for a long time, China has always had more problems in the distribution according to work. When it is concentrated, it is unfair distribution. The same amount of labor can not receive the same amount of remuneration, and the remuneration is not proportional to the amount of labor. Unfair distribution, the main manifestation of the planned economic system is egalitarianism, but today it is more manifested as an unreasonable income gap between workers, we are now difficult to truly realize the distribution according to work, subject to many factors and constraints.
