目的:通过研究羊胆汁对炎症介质(一氧化氮和白介素-6)含量的影响,以探讨羊胆汁的抗炎作用机理。方法:采用放免法测定大鼠足趾炎性渗出物白介素-6和血清中一氧化氮的含量。结果:羊胆汁对炎性渗出物中和血清中的炎症介质有显著的抑制作用,能够明显减少渗出物白介素-6和血清中一氧化氮的含量。结论:羊胆汁通过降低一氧化氮和白介素-6的含量而发挥抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of goat bile by studying the effect of sheep bile on the inflammatory mediators (nitric oxide and interleukin-6). Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine interleukin-6 (IL-6) and nitric oxide (NO) in rats. Results: Sheep bile had significant inhibitory effect on inflammatory exudates and inflammatory mediators in serum, which could significantly reduce the content of interleukin-6 in exudates and nitric oxide in serum. Conclusion: Sheep bile exerts anti-inflammatory effects by decreasing the content of nitric oxide and interleukin-6.
