改革前的安徽宿松宿松盐业公司共有职工164人,其中:在职109人(在岗38人,不在岗71人),离退休55人,另有由公司管理并享受遗属补贴的3人。公司总资产423万元,总负债456万元,净资产-33万元,职工年收入不足2万元,实际亏损56万元,拖欠安庆市公司货款304万元。公司共有三处土地及房产,土地合计面积16.35亩,均为划拨地,只有县城宿松路的0.77亩土地和房产有使用权证;其余2块土地一块为公司现址的仓库、一块在复兴镇,因长期得不到土地确权,一直无法办理相关使用权证。从公司内部来看,人员多、负担重,职工思想保守、观念陈旧,管理落后,各种陈年痼疾牢牢地
