骨质改建受许多因素调节,如激素、年龄老化等。有研究表明,女性雌激素的缺乏可影响拔牙后牙槽骨的重建,但它对种植体周围骨质有何影响尚不清楚,本文对此进行了研究。 材料和方法 96只12周龄的雌性Wistar鼠,将其平均分为2组;卵巢切除组(OVX)和虚假手术组(sham)。手术后21 d,于胫骨近中干骺端放置羟磷灰石(HA)涂层纯镍钛种植体,分别于放置后7,14,28,56,84和168 d各处死8只动物,进行称重,并制作胫骨不脱钙切片,观察其组织变化。
Bone remodeling by many factors, such as hormones, aging and so on. Materials and Methods 96 12-week-old female Wistar rats were equally divided into 2 groups; OVX and sham. At 21 days after operation, hydroxyapatite (HA) coated Ni-Ti implants were placed in the proximal metaphysis of the tibia. Eight animals were sacrificed at 7, 14, 28, 56, 84 and 168 days after being placed, Weighing, and production of tibial non-decalcified sections, observe the changes in tissue.
