目的探讨多层螺旋CT仿真内镜(CTVE)技术在十二指肠乳头检测方面的临床应用价值。资料与方法对30名健康自愿者行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描并行CTVE重组,观察十二指肠乳头形态,测量其大小,并与轴位图像对照。结果CTVE重组图像显示十二指肠乳头呈结节型16名,呈“V”型8名,“Y”型6名。CTVE重组图像测量十二指肠乳头直径为(0.84±0.17)cm,轴位图像测量其直径为(0.77±0.11)cm,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.061)。结论利用CTVE可以观察十二指肠乳头形态并测量其大小,为十二指肠乳头及其周围病变的检测提供了一种方便、无创、准确的临床检查方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multislice CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the detection of duodenal papilla. Materials and Methods 30 healthy volunteers were scanned with MSCT and CTVE. The shape of duodenal papilla was observed, the size was measured and compared with axial images. Results The CTVE showed that the duodenal papilla was nodular in 16 with 8 “V” and 6 “Y”. The diameter of the duodenal papilla was (0.84 ± 0.17) cm and the diameter of the axial image was (0.77 ± 0.11) cm. The difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.061). Conclusions CTVE can be used to observe the shape of duodenal papilla and measure its size, which provides a convenient, non-invasive and accurate method for clinical examination of duodenal papilla and its surrounding lesions.
