采用微量比色法对20例正常人、头颈部良性疾病和恶性肿瘤患者各20例上呼吸道分泌物中α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)活性进行对比研究,结果表明:3组上呼吸道分泌物中AFU活性顺次增高,但前两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),而第3组与前两组的差异均有显著性意义(均为P<0.01),其敏感性、可靠性和特异性分别是75%、85%和95%,提示上呼吸道分泌物中AFU活性的检测可作为头颈部恶性肿瘤早期诊断的一项新的有价值的辅助指标,该方法具有样本易采集、检测快速、简便等优点
A comparative study of α-L-fucosidase (AFU) activity in upper respiratory secretions of 20 normal subjects, 20 patients with benign head and neck disease and malignant tumor was performed by microchromatography. The results showed that: The activity of AFU in respiratory secretions increased sequentially, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), but there was significant difference between the third group and the former two groups (all P<0. 01) The sensitivity, reliability, and specificity were 75%, 85%, and 95%, respectively, suggesting that the detection of AFU activity in upper airway secretions may be a new valuable early diagnosis of head and neck malignancy. Auxiliary indicators, this method has the advantages of easy sample collection, quick and easy detection, etc.
