目的:探讨降脂Ⅱ制剂对实验性高脂血症家兔的降脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养家兔建立高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化模型,分为对照组、模型组、辛伐他汀组(2.2 mg·kg-1)、降脂Ⅱ制剂高、中、低剂量组(生药量4.6,2.3,1.2 g·kg-1),ig给药,每日1次。给药8周后测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1(ET-1)含量;取主动脉,观察动脉斑块面积并进行病理学检查。结果:降脂Ⅱ制剂可明显降低血清TC,TG,LDL,ET-1含量(P<0.05,0.01),提高HDL,NO含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),缩小斑块面积、减轻动脉粥样硬化程度。结论:降脂Ⅱ制剂对家兔实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiangzhi II on lipid-lowering and anti-atherosclerosis in rabbits with experimental hyperlipidemia. Methods: Hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis models were established in rabbits fed with high fat diet. The rabbits were divided into control group, model group, simvastatin group (2.2 mg · kg -1) Low dose group (crude drug dose 4.6,2.3,1.2 g · kg-1), ig administration, once daily. After 8 weeks of administration, serum TC, TG, LDL, HDL, NO and ET- 1) content; take the aorta, observe the plaque area and pathological examination. Results: Hypoglycemic agent Ⅱ could significantly decrease the content of TC, TG, LDL and ET-1 in serum (P <0.05, 0.01), increase the content of HDL and NO (P0.05, P0.01), reduce the plaque area, Atherosclerosis degree. Conclusion: Lipid-lowering preparations have obvious inhibitory effect on experimental hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis in rabbits.
