污水处理厂大量剩余活性污泥的资源化利用一直是焦点问题,剩余污泥中含有丰富的营养成分,不能随意处理,大部分工厂用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)处理污泥.初步探讨了聚丙烯酰胺对污水处理厂的污泥厌氧消化的影响.在试验过程中,采用中温批量式厌氧消化的方式制取沼气.实验结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺对污泥厌氧发酵产沼气有促进作用,经测定并测出其产生气体中甲烷含量达60%以上,且TS产气率和VS产气率分别为250mL/g和362mL/g,是不含聚丙烯酰胺的1.57和1.63倍.这为城镇大量剩余污泥堆积问题提供新的解决方法,在产生清洁能源沼气的同时还解决了环境污染问题.
