开展卫生执法检查 ,是人大及其常委会对卫生工作实施法律监督的重要措施和手段。目的在于推动卫生法律法规的正确贯彻落实 ,纠正“有法不依、执法不严”等问题 ,从而保障卫生事业的健康发展。本文拟就地方人大开展卫生执法检查监督工作中的问题及对策作些初步分析与探讨。 Conducting inspections on health law enforcement is an important measure and method used by the National People’s Congress (NPC) and its standing committee to carry out legal supervision on health work. The purpose is to promote the correct implementation of health laws and regulations and to correct problems such as “there is no law, not strict enforcement” and other issues, so as to ensure the healthy development of health. This paper intends to make some preliminary analysis and discussion on the problems and countermeasures of local people’s congresses in conducting inspection and supervision of health law enforcement.
