以沉降控制的基础的设计方法 ,目前主要应用于层数小于八层的多层建筑 ,且多使用直径小于 2 5cm的预制钢筋混凝土微型桩。上海嘉定某业务办公楼为地面最高 1 0层 ,地下一层的高层建筑 ,在其桩筏基础设计中成功地应用了减少沉降桩理论 ,将原设计的 1 1 0根6 5 0钻孔灌注桩减少至 76根 ,节约了基础工程造价。本文简要介绍了该工程的减少沉降桩基础设计 ,并提出了减少沉降桩基础的设计建议。
