以10a生库尔勒香梨的1a生枝条为材料,研究不同施肥量对提高库尔勒香梨抗寒性的关系。农家羊粪施用量分别为50,80,100kg/株,对照施用量为30kg/株,在人工低温胁迫条件下测定膜透性、可溶性糖、淀粉、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标。研究结果表明,各处理在低温胁迫下变化趋势明显,其中膜透性、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛随着低温胁迫的加剧,各测定值呈不同程度增加。淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量值呈负相关趋势。各施肥处理在-28℃时差异明显。库尔勒香梨不同施肥处理在低温胁迫下的抗寒顺序为:100kg/株>80kg/株>50kg/株。在生产中每株香梨树施80~100kg农家羊粪可提高抗寒能力。
