目的探讨泻肺平喘灵及其拆方阻断“肺合大肠”模型大鼠内毒素症肺组织损伤的机制。方法将70只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、解扎组、三拗组、三通组、三活组、全方组,每组10只,采用直肠体外不全结扎法制备“肺合大肠”动物模型,造模72h后处死模型组,各药物干预组解扎后每天分别灌胃给予1ml/100g体重三拗汤、三通方、三活方和泻肺平喘灵,解扎组和正常组给予等体积生理盐水。3天后观察大鼠肺泡灌洗液中磷脂及白蛋白水平的改变。结果模型组大鼠造模后肺泡灌洗液中白蛋白含量明显升高(P<0.01),磷脂含量降低(P<0.01),解扎组、泻肺平喘灵及其拆方组白蛋白含量均降低,磷脂水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泻肺平喘灵及其拆方均能够有效清除模型大鼠肺泡灌洗液中白蛋白,从而减少磷脂的耗损,有效阻断内毒素血症对模型大鼠肺组织及功能的损伤。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Xiefei Pingchuan Ling and its disassembled recipe in blocking endotoxin-induced lung injury in rats with “lung-large intestine” model. Methods Seventy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jieza group, Sanan group, SanTong group, SanShu group and QuanFang group, with 10 rats in each group. Lung combined with large intestine "animal models were sacrificed 72h after modeling model group, each drug intervention group were given gastric lavage 1ml / 100g body weight San-Ao Tang, San Tong Fang, San Huo Fang and Xie Fang Ping Chuan Ling, Solution group and normal group given equal volume of saline. Three days later, the changes of phospholipid and albumin in rat bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were observed. Results The levels of albumin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rats in model group were significantly increased (P <0.01), phospholipid content was decreased (P <0.01), and that of Jieza group, Xiefei Pingchuan and its disassembled group Content decreased, phospholipid levels increased, compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Xiefei Pingchuanling and its disassembled prescriptions can effectively remove the albumin in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of model rats, thereby reducing the consumption of phospholipid and effectively blocking the lung tissue and function of endotoxemia.
