2011年4月中旬,洛川县石头镇修辉村村民修建时发现一块刻于元代至治二年(1322)的墓塔残件,现藏于洛川县博物馆,其正面镌刻《乡丈王公墓志》。该墓塔砂石质,现存底座、塔身、塔顶,塔杀无存。塔身由两块方形石块拼成,下部石块长60、宽40、厚62厘米;上部石块长63、宽64、厚44厘米。两石中心用一圆形榫卯连接,正面上方横刻“乡丈王公墓志”六字,楷书。墓志正文为竖刻,共22行,满行27字,共600余字,楷书(图一)。背面刻志主王忠家族成员6代世系图,
